A first overview of the upcoming events

First of all, there is a quick look at Jean and Barbara’s costumes. The first one will indeed be paid for and will require trading primary crystals to obtain it, while the second one can be picked up for free using the “Echoes of the Past” event, which will require collecting echo conches on the new islands.

It is not yet known whether these echoes will be shown on the map or not, but you can count on us to tell you the location of each one as soon as the event is released, as with the Purple Agates in the Dosdragon Mountains.

We also note the appearance of a one-handed 5-star sword, probably perfect for Kazuha, which will be called Oath of Freedom. As for the rest of the events, we note the one called “Martial Legend of the Sale”, which will consist of a boss dungeon with the new monster of this version 1.6, named Oni Blade.

Finally, we can see that the “Combadaboum” event will have us doing some sport by defending an area with a Dodo shield, which can send bombs back, while the “Endless War” event will require us to clear the Golden Apple Archipelago of incoming monsters.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5, iOS and Android. Be sure to check out our full guide to the game with all our tips and tricks to learn more.
